Full Trade-In Value
When it is time to upgrade, your original purchase is eligible for a trade-in value equal to what you paid — as long as the condition has been maintained. Normal playing wear is expected; what matters is that the instrument has been looked after.

Call ahead or stop by the shop for repairs, setup, or questions. We will look after the instrument and walk you through any work needed, so you know what was done and why.
Trade Up When Ready
When your player outgrows their current instrument, trade it in at full original value toward something more advanced. Condition is the only requirement, and we will assess it together rather than behind a counter.
